We work with you regarding flavors. Please note that there are additional charges for special fillings (curds, mousses) and for fresh fruit or organic flowers. We do not write on cakes or use fondant/sugar paste/food coloring. All our decorations are simple and usually come out of the garden!

Basic Guidelines
We will work with you on the menu and style of event. We need at least 14 days notice. The minimum for a private event starts at 600$ and varies based on the day/time of the event. Friday evenings require a 1500$ minimum. We do not host events on Sundays. The minimum charge is calculated before the server fee, tax, and tip. A 25% deposit in required at the time of booking. It is refundable until the Saturday before your event.
The cost is food per person , plus tax of 8.9%, and gratuity of 20%. Water and coffee are provided, but any drinks, alcoholic or other, will be additional. If you would like to have a no-host bar, please let us know in advance. For large parties that require more than one server, an hourly fee for one server is 25$ per hour. Please note that you will be billed for the final number of guests specified, not the number that end up attending your event, unless it is more than anticipated.
For a sit-down, 3 course, plated dinner, we charge 47$/person if you use our current menu (of the month of your event) AND your guests pre-order their meals by the Saturday before the event. It's 55$/person if you'd like to add standing appetizers available before dinner starts. If you would like to create a menu specially designed for your event, or if you want your guests to order at the table, the prices start at 55$/person, 62$ with standing appetizers.

Please note that we are small business owners and therefore work A LOT. Its usually two or three days before we can answer emails. Its also typical for us to respond to less urgent messages or ones that require lengthy thought-out replies on Sundays. Please don't interpret the delay in responding as a lack of interest!
